Who am I really?
I am a hard worker, an amateur cook, and a wannabe beauty/ interior decorator enthusiast. What’s a better way to share my life stories and adventures than to blog.
I am the oldest sister of two girls, a self-employed dog trainer, dog groomer, and soon to be in my own home.
No, like for real
Well at 11 years old I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and later on found out I’m allergic to gluten. I was in and out of hospitals due to DKA until I was 14. I didn’t get it under control until I had started using the pump. A small machine that stays connected to me pretty much 24/7. It gives me continues drops of insulin to keep my blood sugar under control.
At 12, I met my biological grandfather.
My dad had met him before but this time they decided they wanted to grow their relationship so luckily for me, that meant I did too. At 13, my grandfather introduced me to a sport called dog agility. If you’d like to read more about my dog training journey, visit my dog training website.
I then went on to be the number 1 Junior Dog Agility Runner in the nation. With this, I started to train other people’s dogs and learned how to groom.
I truly believe God has a plan for everyone, and yes, I still struggle to see/ believe that day to day but I know He does. Sometimes, life gets in the way but as long as we trust in Him, we will get through anything.
Through my blog, I wanted to create a place to share special adventures, ideas, beauty products, life journeys, and so much more. As I explore my way through the world, I thought what a great idea it would be to share.
Through everyday life, something different happens and keeps me on my toes. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes not. Sometimes it’s funny and others it’s quite boring but nonetheless, I find a way to get through it.
I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing!
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.” –Psalms 46:1-3
That’s who I am, really.
