Easy meal ideas are hard to come up with sometimes. Especially after a stressful week, it is just easier to let someone else do the planning for you. Here is a WHOLE WEEK of easy meal ideas for two. My husband and I love all of these and definitely love the simplicity of them.

I tend to stick to a super simple schedule to make things easy for myself. Monday nights are for crockpot meals, the next day is always leftovers, and Friday nights are casserole nights since we have people over for bible study those nights.

A week of easy meal ideas

As I said, Monday is always a crockpot meal or instapot meal really. I do this because Mondays are already so hard and busy so I like to make it easy on myself so I don’t have to feel so overwhelmed.

Sunday: Sundays are for eating out either at our family’s home or for date night

BUT if we do dinner in I like to make shrimp scampi or lobster tail pasta. Super yummy and crazy easy to make!
